During the fire scene(read previous news), Army men restricted the movement of vehicles. Unknowingly to a Keke Driver, he unfortunately passed that road. The army man got infuriated and started flogging him with the leg of a plastic table. He then asked the Keke driver to park at the corner, when the Keke driver attempted to start the tricycle so that he could move it faster, the military man asked him not to, saying that he should push it with his hands. The man refused, saying that he has done nothing wrong and that he was unaware of the restriction. Everyone then gathered and defended the keke driver, the army man then threatened to shoot everyone... The crowd scattered 🤣🤣🤣
